Zoe Forster (Chief Executive)Zoe came to Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership from Two Castles Housing Association, where she held the position of Finance Director and Company Secretary. A full member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, Zoe was appointed to DGHP in November 2002 as Finance Director and Company Secretary and became Chief Executive in 2004. With more than 20 years experience as a senior financial manager and 8 years as Chief Executive at DGHP, she has wide ranging experience in complex, customer focused service organisations. Zoe shares the vision of DGHP’s Board in that “we aim to provide the best affordable rented homes in Scotland and we will work closely with our tenants and others to provide quality services that strengthen the communities we serve, now and in the future.” |

Jayne Moore (Director of Housing Services)Jayne has worked in housing in Dumfries and Galloway for more than 25 years, initially as an Area Housing Officer in Upper Nithsdale. She then transferred to the original task force that set up DGHP in the late 1990’s. Since then, she has carried out a number of roles within the company, including Director of Corporate Business and Risk Management (Company Secretary) before being appointed as Director of Housing Services in August 2010. She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. |

Hugh Carr (Director of Finance)Hugh joined DGHP in 2008 from Tribal Consulting, where he led housing consultancy work with Scottish RSLs and Councils. He is a member of both the ICAEW and CIPFA. He began his career in audit, and moved into financial management in private companies and the NHS before joining Manor Estates HA, one of the first LSVTs in Scotland, in 1995. Whilst working with Tribal, he led the business planning and fundraising teams for three of the five Scottish Council LSVTs completed after devolution as well as advising many RSLs, including some of the largest in Scotland and specialist providers, on strategic, financial, treasury and governance issues. |

James Shirazi (Director of Investment & Regeneration)James joined DGHP in 2006, and manages all regeneration and new development programmes and the SHQS investment in the transfer stock. He is responsible for a team of over 60 architects, quantity surveyors, building surveyors, clerks of works, development and regeneration staff and asset managers. James qualified with a Masters degree in Architecture in 1992 and has over 17 years experience in both architectural and development services. He worked with Michael and Sue Thornley Architects in Glasgow for 5 years, mostly on housing related projects, before moving to Partick Housing Association to work on architectural and development projects. He then moved to the Scottish Government for 7 years and was responsible for grant programmes with a budget of over £60m funding RSLs, private developers and Councils.
