DGHP Chairman John Potts

WELCOME...

On behalf of The Board, District Management Committee Members and staff, we would like to extend a warm welcome to Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP).

We're one of Scotland's largest registered social landlords, owning and managing over 10,000 affordable rented homes across the beautiful Dumfries and Galloway region.

At DGHP we are all extremely proud of our achievements.  In our short history we have already invested over £192 million pounds in improving and maintaining our tenants homes and our first new properties will soon be ready for let.

We believe we are also leading the way in involving tenants in the ownership and management of their homes.  Our Board and our District Management Committees (DMCs) ensure that around 55 tenants play an active role in the decision making process of the company.

Our medium term aim is to 'be the best housing association in Scotland' and everyday we're getting closer to realising this challenge.

Our publications can also be made available on tape, in Braille, large print and community languages. For further details please contact our Communication Officer on 0800 011 3447 or email us on customerservice@dghp.org.uk

Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership Limited is a registered Scottish charity (OSCR No. SC039896).
