Our Customer Service Advisors will continue to conduct some of our surveys over the phone, but the new website gives us a chance to let our tenants take control and take part in surveys at their own convenience.
As time goes on, we will have more surveys available on the website for tenants, and the results published thereafter. We want to give the best possible services, to achieve this, we need your help.
