Have your say on family services

Family living can be a struggle these days. With more people working from home, increased costs for food and fuel, and the challenges of the pandemic, there is a lot to deal with.

At DGHP we want to make sure we support all our customers and families the best we can.

We’re looking to learn more about families who live in our communities ensure you are at the heart of developing our services.

We are currently carrying out a survey of our families with children under 18 to gather information about what is important to you and what you think of our current services. If we have your mobile number, you should receive a text message inviting you to take part.  You can also fill it in using the link below:

DGHP Family Services Survey

The survey will launch on 16 March and will close on 31 March.

Questions will cover a number of topics, including what you think about current services, what would be most important for you in the future and what the impact of Covid-19 has been on you and your family. All answers will be anonymous. It should take around 15 minutes to complete.

We will follow this up with focus groups and informal interviews for anyone who wishes to take part to allow us to learn more information.
