About DGHP

Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP) is Scotland's second largest social landlord with more than 10,000 affordable homes across Dumfries and Galloway.

Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP) is Scotland's second largest social landlord with more than 10,000 affordable homes across Dumfries and Galloway.

DGHP is about more than just houses – we change homes and transform lives. We manage a governance structure with our tenants at its very heart – this enables our tenants to have a valued input into the ownership and management of their homes and communities.

At DGHP we are all extremely proud of our achievements, having invested more than £200 million in improving and maintaining out tenants’ homes since coming together in 2003. DGHP has a significant role in many of towns and villages in Dumfries and Galloway, owning and maintaining around 10,300 homes in Scotland’s third largest region covering some 2,380 square miles.

DGHP achieved all promises made at our inception back in 2003 and are focused on delivering new initiatives and additional investment across the region as part of the commitments and promises made during the partnership consultation.  We are proud of our community ties and involvement ranging from engaging with local tenants to supporting local contractors.

We provided a range of homes and services across the Dumfries and Galloway region.

We are proud to be part of Wheatley Group - Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group - joining in 2019.

DGHP is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity, monitored and regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator. We have offices in our local communities. You can reach DGHP by freephone on 0800 011 3447.
