Do you want to save money off your electricity bills and make your home more affordable to heat?

Warmworks Scotland is working alongside DGHP to install a free Tesla Powerwall battery in around 150 off-gas homes in Dumfries and Galloway. The target properties are owned by DGHP, electrically heated and have been identified as potentially difficult to heat affordably.

This event will cover:

➡ the battery technology and how it works
➡ how it can help you save money on your energy bills and make
your home more affordable to heat over the long term
➡ how it can help in future-proofing your home by making it more
resilient in the event of a power cut

Representatives from Warmworks and DGHP will be there to answer any questions you may have about the project.

To find out more about the project, there are events coming up this week. The first event is tomorrow Tuesday 10 September at McMillan Hall, Dashwood Square, Newton Stewart from 10.00am – 12.00pm; another drop-in event will take place on Thursday 12 September at Kirkcudbright Galleries, St Mary Street, Kirkcudbright from 6.00pm – 8.00pm. Project representatives will be there to give you more information and answer any questions you may have.
