Housing adaptations often play an important role to enable tenants or members of their immediate households to remain in their own homes for as long as possible and to achieve their own individual outcomes and the quality of life they wish. The aim for our service provision to tenants or members of their immediate households is to effectively develop, deliver, manage and monitor the provision of equipment and adaptation from the point of assessment through to provision and post satisfaction & maintenance of installed measure.
