Were you on Live Service Universal Credit?
Have you had a letter like the one below advising you that you need to switch to the new Universal Credit online service but you have not done this yet?
If your answer is to both of these questions is YES then it is important that you make that claim for Full Service Universal Credit within the timescale given (on your letter). If you don’t you WILL need to make a new claim for Universal Credit and it will affect your payments.
To make the claim go online to https://www.gov.uk/apply-universal-credit and click start now. Then type in your postcode and answer the 2 questions. You will now be able to create an online account and finish off your claim.
