Money Advice
We’ve never really had to worry much about paying individual bills, how do I know how much to budget?
Money Advice Service in Scotland is a new free, unbiased, clear and confidential service delivered by the Citizens Advice Bureau. The advice sessions are held across the country to help everyone make the most of their money and take control of their finances.
Citizens Advice already provides debt advice and the new Money Advice Service is in place to make sure people don’t get into situations where they need debt advice.
The service offers advice on budgeting, how to borrow responsibly, the importance of insurance to protect yourself and your family, how to plan for retirement and further benefits advice.
The advice is also available over the phone by calling 0300 500 5000.
