Tenant satisfaction survey begins
Feb 17, 2017
Our large face-to-face tenant satisfaction survey in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter has started. This will be carried out by an independent company called Research Resource (Scotland) Ltd.
The official survey begins on February 27 but a small pilot survey has already started of around 20 properties. We are due to be finished by the end of March/very early April. The survey will ask tenants about their views on services provided by DGHP and your satisfaction with your home and neighbourhood.
The interviewers will all be carrying identification and a copy of a letter from DGHP. Please ask to see a copy of their identification. The interviews last around 20 minutes and are carried out during the day, early evening or at weekends.
All information you give is confidential and DGHP will not know who has taken part - so please answer openly and honestly.
If you would like to make sure you are part of the survey, you can contact Research Resource direcly on 0141 641 6410. The survey is set to take in 1350 tenants selected by Research Resource to get a balance of age, gender, family composition, area and house type.
We would like to thank everyone in advance for their time and co-operation to help us complete this.
