We have always shared our performance with our tenants. DGHP’s performance against key target areas is reviewed regularly – the information here tells you how tenants rate the services that are provided to them by DGHP as well as how we are performing against a number of key performance areas which our tenants have told us are important to them.
In 2012, the Scottish Government introduced the Scottish Social Housing Charter (SSHC) (updated 2017) with the sole purpose of setting out standards that landlords – like DGHP – should meet. The information provided by comparing our results against targets set out by the SSHC is how we show that DGHP is providing good quality services to tenants and other service users – and meeting the standards expected of us.
An overview of DGHP’s performance is also published annually as a report card focussing on the areas of:
- Tenant satisfaction and complaints
- Quality and maintenance of homes
- Our homes and rents
- Value for money
You can review the latest performance results, value for money statement and the most recent DGHP report card here.
