It’s that time of year when DGHP looks at the rent increase proposal for 2020/21 and we’d like you to have your say – we have outlined the proposed rent increase in a newsletter which has been posted out to all tenants – you can find an electronic copy of the 2020/2021 rent consultation newsletter here.

After reading through the information in the newsletter, please complete and return the consultation card (you’ll find this in with your copy of the newsletter) or complete the online form found at https://www.dghp.org.uk/rent-consultation-2020-2021-have-your-say/ by Friday February 14, 2020. All forms returned – or completed online  – by this date will be entered into a prize draw for vouchers.

If you do not wish to complete the form or post back the feedback as it is, you can let us know your thoughts by

  • posting the feedback card in a sealed envelope to the same return freepost address (Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership FREEPOST NAT3109 DUMFRIES DG1 4BR),
  • phone us on 0800 011 3447 or
  • stop by any of our open offices.

We (DGHP) have asked an independent research organisation, Research Resource, to contact a sample of our tenants during January and February to collect some further comments on this proposed increase.
