Neighbourhood Management
We want the areas in which you, our tenants, live to be in good condition, and to be places where everyone wants to live and visit. Neighbourhood Management not only involves supporting the sustainment of tenancies but also the condition of your estate through regular maintenance and inspections.
DGHP recently became part of Wheatley Group, Scotland’s largest housing, care and property management group. DGHP properties are divided into 50 Neighbourhood Management ‘patches’, each covering around 200 homes. Housing Officers play a vital role within these communities, providing a high quality, customer-focused housing management service to tenants. They are able to offer advice and assistance regarding your tenancy, neighbourhood, or local environment issues or concerns and will help you to resolve any problems.
Responsibilities covered include dealing with all aspects of rent arrears as well as estate management issues such as abandoned properties, condition of properties or gardens, common areas, garage sites and pets. Our Housing Officers also undertake the sign-up of new tenancies allowing us to develop a relationship at the earliest possible stage with each new tenant.
If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with your Housing Officer direct. Not sure who that is? Type in your postcode or street name using the search feature on this page to find your Housing Officer along with their contact details!
