Are you customer focused? Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of homeless people? Are you passionate and committed to making lives better? Does this sound like you? If so, DGHP is looking for you to join our team.

DGHP, part of Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group, is currently looking for an enthusiastic and caring Temporary Accommodation Project Worker to join the business. We want someone who excels in customer service and who is always looking to strive to go above and beyond for customers.

At Wheatley Group, our “Think Yes” culture empowers staff to make decisions and provide personalised services for our customers, at the first point of contact. This approach drives exceptional customer service and levels of customer satisfaction across Group, resulting in national and international recognition.

The primary role of the Project Worker is to provide housing support to residents living in DGHP’s temporary supported accommodation project.  The Project Worker is also responsible for occupancy management, which includes the occupancy sign-up and supporting residents to adhere to terms of the occupancy. The support provided by the Project Worker will help prepare residents for moving on to permanent accommodation.

The Project Worker works as part of a small team with a collective responsibility for ensuring that the project runs smoothly and that all residents relevant needs are met.
